Open Training Session @ Bürgerpark

Das traditionelle Sonntags-Frauen-Frühstück findet einmal im Monat statt. Für 9,50 € gibt es ein leckeres Buffet, das alle Frauen mit köstlichen Augen- und Gaumenfreuden verwöhnt – mit fair gehandeltem Kaffee und Bio-Produkten. Los geht es um 10.30 Uhr, die Langschläferinnen bekommen noch bis 13 Uhr unsere Leckereien. Wir bitten Euch, dass Ihr Euch unter Brigitte.Schlander76@web.de oder bei Annette unter 06253/930130 bzw. unter 0173 4293626 verbindlich 4 Tage vorher anmeldet, damit wird genügend im Angebot haben. Die Küchenfeen sind zur Zeit 10 Frauen mit viel Spaß und Engagement beim kreativen Ausprobieren. Come join us for a hurling and camogie training session in the Bürgerpark! We'll be on the open pitch right next to the Darmstadt Diamonds stadium. Whether you already know hurling and camogie or you've never held a hurley in your life, this beginner-friendly session is open to anyone who fancies giving it a go! After a warm-up together, we'll cover the basics of the game: how to lift the ball off the ground with your hurley and how to pass it to a teammate, either by hand or with the stick. These skills are quick to pick up, so in the second half we'll jump straight into a game! No gear of your own? No problem! We'll have hurleys and helmets for you to borrow – all you need is some comfy sports clothes and a bit of enthusiasm. And if you can't wait until then and want to train with us sooner, just RSVP!
